All of my contracts are completed once both parts have received the good that was agreed to, let it be art, designs, or other forms of material payments. Further requests outside of the initial contractual agreement will constitute a new contract, and not a modification of the previous completed one. For this reason, I will not be subjected to any life-lasting contract.

All of my contracts are subject to Spanish and International Law in regards to trading and commercial legislation, as well as to PayPal's terms and conditions. You, as a consumer, will have the respective rights from your country specifically for consumer protection.

Please credit me when using any of my art.

Never claim that any of my artwork was made by you.

Neither I or the client may use the art for commercial purposes unless agreed upon.

Reselling my artwork for profit is strictly forbidden without my given explicit permission.

Only the character owners have the right to repost my art for pieces they bought/received. Do NOT repost my artwork without my given permission if you didn't buy the piece, or if you do not own the character that was drawn.

Using my artwork to train AI is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

I hold the right to deny my services to anybody at any time for any reason I see fit.

Full refunds are available if I haven't started on your commission or if I cancel the commission myself.

Partial refunds are available once the commission has started and until BEFORE I am 50% done with the piece.

Refunds will NOT be given once the commission is past 50% done, or finished and delivered.

Payment is due upront once you claim a slot and I do not accept any payment plans.

I take payment exclusively through PayPal in EUR via goods and services.

Contact is made exclusively through email or Direct Messages (DM's) on your preferred social media.

Every commission opening has a maximum estimated time of delivery, but please be aware that the time limit is flexible and might be adapted to my needs.

I am not responsible for uncommunicative clients. Please stay alert of your own emails and DM's.

If left unresponded for a week, I will continue the commission as is and I will not accept any further changes done to the piece.

I have the right to re-use any sketches from cancelled or unpaid commissions.

Private commissions are possible but you must communicate it to me before I post the artwork.

You may ask for a total of 5 small changes before I start charging extra. The final amount from the over-requested changes will be charged once the piece is finished and approved in full. It will always have a minimum cost of 5€ and a maximum of 30€, depending on the extra work that I was subjected to.

Any errors made on my part will be fixed without charging you extra. These include exclusively mistakes that were specified by the client, and are not derived from unclear reference sheets/notes to follow.

I will send you only a first rough sketch WIP, and maybe flat colors as well, before I finish your commission. You may ask for additional WIP shots.

I retain the rights to my work as it is still copyrighted by me. This includes: using it as an example, as well as posting it to my social media. The artwork does not fully belong to you.

Payment is due upfront on PayPal via goods and services once you claim the design or win the bid.

Payment plans are available for designs sold for €200 EUR or higher. The split will be discussed with the client. Keep in mind that you will not hold full ownership of the design until it is fully paid.

You will receive the unwatermarked file(s) after I receive payment.

Once paid, you retain all rights to the character and can do as you please with it.

I hold zero responsibility for what the owner does with any of my designs.

As long as you use the design through artwork made by me (let it be one of my bases, or a reference sheet), you can NOT claim the art as yours, and you must credit me. You must also follow my Art ToS, listed above.

If the design is made with someone else's base, you must credit the original artist. I will always provide their username to ensure this rule is followed accordingly.

Please always credit me as the original designer.

I do not provide ANY refunds for any adoptables that I sell. If you paid for additional piece/s, you will only be returned the amount that simulates what had been offered (for ex.: a flat bust which is 35€), and Commission ToS will apply, but only for that piece of art, NOT the whole adopt.

For bids, the process works as follows: If only the starting-bid (SB) has been placed, the adopt will close in 2-3 days since the placing of the SB; if further offers are placed, the bid will end 24 hours after the last highest offer; if it's auto-bought (AB), the bid will automatically close and be given to the person who AB'd.
